Understanding Finance

An interactive two day workshop exploring the basis of consumer finance. We will examine the background of finance and look at the options of funding a consumer has when it comes to purchasing a major item. During the workshop we will also look at effective methods of Customer Relationship Management and discuss ways of creating a loyal financial database.

Objectives:

• Be able to define purchase and hire products available to consumers
• Understand the background of consumer finance
• Appreciate how each purchase option works and be able to clearly define and explain to customers
• Be able to conduct simple arithmetic equations
• Appreciating the Law of finance – the do’s and don’ts
• Understand how finance influences effective CRM
