Understanding the Consumer Credit Act 1974
This one day workshop focuses on the recent changes (2005 - 2008) within the
Consumer Credit Act 1974. Delegates will receive an overview of the pre and
post legislation detail, the legal aspects and gain an appreciation of how
customers, retailers and financial services work and consult within the CCA.
Those in attendance will also gain a basic understanding of the new early
settlement/early termination rules, understand the new ADR and gain an
appreciation for changes coming in 2008.
